In this process, we will carry out a risk analysis with you and guide you in the best solution to consider to eliminate the risk while keeping in mind the financial aspect. You can count on our expertise and our network (automation engineers, design engineers, designers, etc.) to help you find the solution that perfectly meets your needs.
Compliance audit/security diagnosis
Compliance audit and safety diagnostic services, allowing users and designers of machines to assess compliance with the provisions (EESS) set by the machine directive(s). The compliance audit consists of verifying whether a machine complies with all of these provisions. The aim is to verify that these machines are used safely and that they do not generate any risk during their use. All the points listed in Annex I of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC will be assessed. Safety diagnostics are used to assess machines or machine parks at the customer's request. ATOUTSAFE can carry out its assessment on one or more points listed in Annex I of the Machinery Directive. This type of service reduces inspection costs in addition to giving customers degrees of urgency on the non-conformities detected. This diagnostic is mainly dedicated to machine users.

Assistance in the development of industrial processes

Second or third party audit
This service aims to carry out inspections on industrial or non-industrial work equipment. This audit can take place at any time during the project covered by this service. No specific standards are applied during this mission, it is the subject of a request by a client, and this on a voluntary basis. We will therefore intervene on behalf of a client as a second or third party in order to respond to the client's request.
